Rome Luggage Storage facilities are open every day of the year from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

How can I reserve a locker at Rome Luggage Storage?

You can book quickly and easily in just a few steps by going directly to the facility! Simply select the size of lockers you need and the duration of your rental, then proceed to payment. Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation SMS/email containing your locker number and selected code. Don't lose it, you'll need it to access your locker!

Is it necessary to book in advance?

No! You can decide to use our service even at the last minute by going directly to the depot!

What if I change my plans?

Unfortunately, the reservation is non-refundable.

How much does it cost?

The rental cost may vary depending on the locker size and the duration of your reservation!

Can I pay in cash?

No, all Rome Luggage Storage locations are completely cash-free! You can pay in-store using your credit or debit card.

Can I reserve multiple lockers at the same time?

You can reserve multiple lockers at the same time, but you will need to change the combination of mobile number and personal pin to insert on the display!

How do I know what size locker I need?

Rome Luggage Storage offers three different locker sizes to best suit your needs!

How long can a rental last?

You can reserve our lockers for a minimum of one hour and a maximum of 7 consecutive days, subject to availability!

How do I collect my luggage?

At the end of the booking process you will receive confirmation via SMS/email, which will include your locker code. Simply use the touchscreen inside the storage facility to enter your locker code, reopen your locker, and collect your luggage!

Can I reopen my locker during the rental period?

Of course! After storing your luggage, you are free to reopen your locker as many times as you like during the rental period. Use the touchscreen in the storage facility to reopen it, take what you need, and close it again when you're done!

What happens if I arrive after the end of my rental period?

Don't worry, your locker will remain locked and your luggage will be safe! If you arrive late after your rental period has ended, you will have to pay the hourly rate exceeding your reservation in order to reopen your locker. Out of respect for other travelers who wish to use the service, we ask that you please respect the pickup time indicated at the time of booking!Stai tranquillo, il tuo locker resterà chiuso e i tuoi bagagli al sicuro!

What if I arrive after closing time?

The luggage storage closes at 11:00 PM. If you arrive after closing time, you will have to wait until the following morning (from 6:00 AM) to collect your luggage and pay the excess hourly fee. Keep an eye on the clock to avoid any problems!

I did not receive the confirmation SMS/email. What should I do?

If you have not received an SMS/email within 10 minutes of confirming your payment, please check your SPAM folder. If it is not there either, contact us immediately. Our staff is ready to provide you with immediate assistance!

What can I store in the locker?

You can fill your locker with your suitcases, but also jackets, backpacks, bags, and anything else that fits (except for prohibited items).

What items are prohibited?

It is not permitted to store items that are prohibited by law and/or considered dangerous under national legislation, as well as items that, due to their nature or packaging, may cause damage to people, the environment, or other baggage being transported and/or stored.

How long can I stay inside the store?

The time required to access your locker and use the luggage storage service. It is not permitted to remain inside for any other purpose.

What if I have a problem while I'm in the store?

Don't worry! Inside our luggage storage unit there are our contacts on the informative panels and on the screen.

Is my luggage safe?

Absolutely! Our lockers are sturdy and secure, and all premises are under constant video surveillance. No one will have access to your luggage except you!

Are the storage facilities monitored by CCTV?

Of course! Every Rome Luggage Storage facility is constantly monitored and video-surveilled by our staff.

Is there insurance for my luggage?

Rome Luggage Storage facilities are very secure, but in any case, insurance coverage of up to €500 per bag is included in the price of your rental!
